Happiness for Enneagram Type Threes

A Three has a few typical traps:

  •  - Needing to get recognition and 'applause' from others.
  •  - Stress and workaholism from the need to always 'be doing something'.
  •  - Needing to project an attractive image.
  •  - Difficulty getting in touch with authentic emotions.

If you are a Three, sit still and quietly and notice how much the focus of your attention is on yourself, your image and how well you are doing.

The main tip for a type Three is to accept that ultimately there is nothing to do. They can remind themselves that it is OK to just relax and let things.   When they let go, they find a feeling a success here and now 'in the moment' rather than success being something just out of reach. See the video above for demonstration.
