Happiness for Enneagram Type Fours

A Four has a few typical traps:
  • - Focusing on what is wrong
  • - Getting attached to the identity of a suffering victim
  • - Needing intensity of emotions
  • - Fantasising to stoke up emotions
  • - Sabotaging relationships

If you are a Four, sit still try to quiet your mind and notice how quickly and how often your thoughts turn to what is wrong.

The main tip for a Four is to turn this habit around by making it a habit to notice what is OK. What can be enjoyed in any given moment? There is always something to be positive about... even if it is a simple, ordinary thing. Watch the video above for demonstration.
